Salutare, am o intrebare scurta. Pot lasa berea facuta din kit Brewferm timp de 2-3 saptamani la fermentarea in sticle? Trebuie sa plec in concediu, iar in instructiuni scrie ca trebuie lasata 10 zile, dar lipsesc mai mult de atat. Poate influenta cumva negativ, exista risc de explozie?
