20,00 gm Northern Brewer [11,20 %] (80 min) Hops 24,3 IBU
25,00 gm Saaz [3,80 %] (10 min) Hops 3,5 IBU
1 Pkg Lager Yeast Brewferm


Trepte de temperatura pentru MASH :
52°C timp de 15 min
67°C timp de 75 min
78°C timp de 5 min

Fierbere: 80 min

Fermentare" 12 grade Celsius (optim)

Cantitate de zahar in fermentatia secundara: 7 gr/litru

Am folosit 18 litri pentru MASH.
Apoi la clatire (SPARGING) am mai folosit inca vreo 20 litri, astfel ca in final am obtinut 25 litri de must nefiert.
Dupa fierbere si racire, am obtinut 19 litri de bere.
Densitatea initiala a mustului a fost de doar 1.055.
Am pus la fermentat intr-un loc racoros si mai jos de 16 - 17 grade nu pot cobori. Asa ca, vom vedea ce iese. Noroc ca s-a mai racit vremea, altfel urca temperatura peste 20 grade.
As fi incercat o substituire a drojdiei LAGER insa pe forumuri lumea nu recomanda asa ceva, ci mai degraba fermentatia la temperatura mai mare dar LAGER sa fie drojdia.
