Daca densitatea este buna, o poti imbutelia dupa chiar 3-4 zile.
Daca insa o mai lasi cateva zile, drojdia din suspensie se mai sedimenteaza si, scapi de stratul gros de drojdie de pe fundul sticlei.
Eu recomand ca perioada de fermentare minima 7 zile.
