Buna ziua. De putin timp m-am gandit sa fac si eu ..bere :) insa din pacate am avut ghinion.
Am cumparat cam tot ce era necesar si m-am apucat de treaba. Berea a iesit bunicica... insa mirosul..pff...mirosul e cu belea. Miroase a balta!
Am spalat tot, am folosit un dezinfectant praf (1 lingurita la 1/4 l apa) Am pus mustul la fermentat si... dupa cca 3 zile acelasi miros pe tubul de evacuare a CO2. 3 ture diferite, aceeasi nenorocire. Salutare,
Probabil s-a intamplat sa ti se infecteze berea.
Daca esti din Bucuresti, vino cu o bere sa o degustam. Deasemenea ma poti contacta telefonic (telefon TEHNIC, pe site).
Cel mai bine ar fi sa detaliezi aici despre tehnologie cat si despre apa, cum ai igienizat recipientul, etc. astfel incat si alti incepatori sa se poata inspira din patania ta.
