astazi mi-a gatit prietena. piept de pui in sos guiness.

intr-un castron se pun vreo 250ml guiness, putin ulei masline, o lingurita zahar brun, o jumatate de lamaie stoarsa, ceva ierburi (noi am folosit un amestec italian), condimente de pui. se taie pieptul de pui bucatele (dupa preferinta mici sau mari) si se pun la marinat o zi.

apoi noi le-am facut pe o tigaie-gratar, fara ulei si am turnat guiness in timp ce se prajeau.

a iesit foarte bun, inchis la culoare, f fraged si f aromat. am mancat cu piure si salata.
