Va salut cu respect!

Revin dupa cativa ani de absenta cu o intrebare tulbure: ati facut careva bere lager?

Din anumite motive trebuie sa-mi desfasor activitatea la tara unde nu am caldura tot timpul insa am o pivnita in care temperatura este constanta 11-12 gr C.

Ce particularitati presupune all grain lager?

Banuiesc ca mashing, sparging si fierberea sunt la fel. Extractia o fac cu un lauter tun confectionat dintr-o lada frigorifica.

Salut, daca intrebai pe google, iti zicea ca un "lager" are nevoi si de temperaturi inspre 0 Celsius, de cateva zile de diacetil pe la 20 Celsius (parca) + o perioada de cam 4 saptamani minim de lager-ing.
Ca particularitati se foloseste mult decoction, pentru extra-gust de malt. Dar drojdia e cea mai importanta.

Odata cu aparitia noilor malturi, diferenta este doar la fermentare.
Inainte, cand malturile erau altfel, era necesara si treptele de temperatura caracteritice.
